Ellen started her career 20 years ago in retail management & management training and later, in sales and sales management before starting her own training company in 1996. She still specialises in customer service and sales training, plus all the communication and management skills needed to support them. Her training style is fun, interactive and motivational as well as informative.
She has written and delivered various courses including customer care, presentation skills, sales techniques, telemarketing, call centre and team building skills to various companies in the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire area, including ongoing contracts for ARVAL PHH, Overdrive, BCA, Exploration Logistics, British Gas and Texaco & Npower. |

A few years ago she added seminar work to her portfolio with NatWest Bank inviting her to speak about “Selling through Service” to their Senior Business Managers at their monthly conferences. She now regularly speaks for Business Link and various other organisations as a key-note speaker.
Richard Watts Co-Founder & Managing Director
Richard started his career in the Royal Air Force where he was part of a specialist communications unit. While he was there he gained his HND in computer programming. Since then, he has followed a career path in IT, sales and management, working with companies such as. Barclays, NatWest and Shell. In 1996 he co-founded ElleRich Ltd with his wife Ellen.
In recent years Rich has been a consultant, trainer and project manager for companies such as Calortex, Texaco, National Power, Book Club Associates, IBM and SONY. He is also a certified Cisco engineer specialising in router configuration. |

And, unlike many “computer types,” Rich has more than his fair share of personality. He is a real people person and is known for his “down to earth” and flexible approach. His style has been described as “Relaxed Professionalism.” Which means he really gets things done but in a laid back, people friendly way.
Richard is also a competent and polished speaker, and has co-hosted and been a guest speaker at many seminars (from several hundred to several thousand.) He is generally asked to speak on aspects of business and personal development.
Sian Starr ~ Associate trainer & coach
Sian has her career background as a Graduate Recruitment Officer and then as a Senior Trainer for Coopers & Lybrand in London. There she was responsible for co-ordinating “milk rounds” to colleges and universities and organising graduate career fairs. She also provided interpersonal skills training for all support staff.
In 1996 she married and moved to Oxford and joined the ElleRich Team as an associate freelance trainer. Sian is also an Associate Lecturer for Oxford Brooks, a member of the CiPD and is a qualified NLP coach. |

She specialises in recruitment and interviewing skills, telephone techniques, supervisory skills, time management, confidence building and assertiveness skills. Her training style encourages participation by using a variety of training techniques to ensure delegates are able to transfer their learning to the workplace. She creates a relaxed atmosphere to facilitate discussion and will guide them to come up with their own ideas and solutions to issues and problems they may have.
Diana Mawson ~ Associate Trainer & Speaker
Diana is the newest member of the ElleRich Team - although she’s been training longer than all of us.
She specialises in Financial Services Training which is her background and has just finished a huge & very successful project,training Financial Advisors to sell using an advanced laptop process for the Britannic Assurance Marketing Group.
Diana’s style is full of humour, enthusiasm and passion, She uses a variety of methods to make her training memorable and likes to make big impacts with hands-on and visual effects as well as a wealth of personal experience case studies.

Fiona Hocken ~ Associate consultant
Fiona has worked in all areas of sales ranging from Telesales to Supervisor and Sales Trainer. She now runs her own telemarketing operation offering a business to business telesales service as well as sales training.
Fiona and her team have helped us and our clients on many occasions with her professional customer focused phone calls and accurate reporting. Usually she works with us by “mystery shopping” to assess training needs and to evaluate training. |
